If you are tax exempt, please submit completed tax forms at least 30 days prior to arrival to gataxforms@greatwolf.com.
An updated confirmation letter with your total amount due per reservation will be sent after the tax form has been processed.
Cancellation policy: When bad weather or a family member’s sickness inhibits you from your travel plans, we will gladly rebook your getaway. If you need to cancel your reservation, if cancelled more than 72 hours prior to arrival there is no cancellation fee. If cancelled at 72 hours or below there is a one-night room, tax and fees cancellation fee charge.
