Exhibitor Information

The exhibit floor plan for this conference offers all exhibit spaces maximum exposure throughout the conference. The breakfasts, morning and afternoon breaks, and the opening reception will be held in or near the exhibit hall. In addition, meals are included in the registration fees. You will be 100% involved in all conference activities!

Exhibit spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. The best opportunity to reserve space is by immediate response! Applications must be completed in entirety and accompanied by full payment. Exhibit space assignments will be made giving priority to the date of receipt of the application with full payment (postmark and time received will be recorded). Exhibit space is expected to be fully reserved at an early date. We will directly contact you in order of payment received to choose your exhibit space location.

Each exhibit space will be provided with the following:

· 8’  table
· two chairs

Power is available for $25. Please let us know if you will need power for your booth and we will be sure to accommodate you. (You will need to provide your own power cord.)

Each exhibit space comes with One Full Conference Registration. Additional full conference registrations available for extra exhibitors at $150.
